Three certification levels

Our certification programs help employees — in any department — become clearer, more confident communicators. Tracks are designed for cohorts of 15 employees at a time. 

Axios HQ Smart Brevity Communicator
Level 1

Smart Brevity Communicator

Participants who complete this level will be able to execute Smart Brevity effectively, confidently, and consistently in their day-to-day work. A mixture of hands-on workshops and several weeks of coaching with one of our experienced editors will cement their skills.
Axios HQ Smart Brevity Expert
Level 2

Smart Brevity Expert

Participants who complete this level will be confident in their ability to apply Smart Brevity efficiently across common communication types and core workplace communication channels. They will also learn to explain and advocate for the Smart Brevity choices they’ve made.

Axios HQ Smart Brevity Instructor
Level 3

Smart Brevity Instructor

Participants who complete this level will have the skills they need to lead their own trainings and teach colleagues at their organization to apply Smart Brevity. The organization will be set up to sustain a long-term partnership with Axios HQ on an annual license.
